TORUS is a sculptural, Art Deco–inspired collection built around the circle — feminine, confident jewellery with engineered versatility and quiet strength.
TORUS is one of my most expressive collections.
Where NOUGHT is more architectural and graphic, TORUS is softer, rounder, and more sensual in its language. The torus shape, often described as a lifebuoy form, feels reassuring and feminine, with a sense of continuity and inner strength. It is curved, generous, and confident, without ever tipping into excess.
The collection is rooted in my love of Art Deco design, not just the glamour, but the intelligence behind it. That period was about optimism, craftsmanship, and clever engineering, where beauty and function went hand in hand. You will see that influence in the sculptural curves, the balance of proportions, and the convertible elements built into several TORUS pieces.
Colour plays an important role in this collection. I deliberately chose a restrained Art-Deco palette — charcoal grey hematite, burnt orange carnelian, frosted white rock crystal, and silver — colours that feel sophisticated, timeless, and easy to wear. They are season-proof, flattering across skin and hair tones, and quietly distinctive rather than trend-led.
There are also subtle references to the era’s fascination with far-away places and cultures. You will notice it in the use of colour combinations that hint at African design influences, reinterpreted .
