Do you have a size guide?

Our sizes are as follows:


Small – UK K-L / Europe 51 / US 5 1/4

Medium – UK N / Europe 54 / US 6 1/2

Large – UK P-Q / Europe 56 / US 7 3/4

Bracelets / Bangles:

Small – 57mm inner diameter

Medium – 61mm inner diameter

Large – 64mm inner diameter

All other size variations are specified in the individual product description.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Where the item(s) is available, all orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders to the UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded which takes an additional 1-2 days for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship our designs to the USA and Europe. Flat rate shipping costs are as follows:

UK (first class recorded): £4.40

Europe: £10.15

USA: £12.45

If you are outside of these areas and would like to place an order, please contact me using the form on this page regarding possible shipping as we may be able to accommodate.

Can I return my order if I don't like it or change my mind?

Yes, but the item must be in its original packaging in an unworn condition and must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately I cannot refund bespoke items of jewellery except in exceptional circumstances – please see the Terms & Conditions for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only except payments through Paypal on the website, but you can also purchase items in person at an exhibition or through one of our stockists.

My design has become damaged, do you offer repairs?

Yes, however repairs will be considered on a case by case basis. If you have placed the piece under tough conditions beyond every day use, or if it is general wear and tear, then the item is not eligible for repair.

Will I have to pay customs duty on products delivered to the USA?

Yes if you are in the USA you will be required to pay any remaining customs duty on Essemge products above the value of USD $200.

Is it possible to clean my item of Essemgé jewellery?

If you own one of our Silicone-based designs, simply gently wipe it in a little warm water and soap before rinsing and pat drying. It’ll come back as beautiful as new!

For aluminium features: the use of innovative materials such as aluminium has an added benefit – aluminium does not tarnish and will keep its sheen overtime. If the metal does ever get dirty, gently wipe with a little warm water and soap as before.

For silver items, we recommend purchasing a small tub of silver polish available online or at most jewellery retailers.
