I have made them very easy to use: just undo your ear back and slip the enhancer onto the ear post. You can now wear the enhanced earring as you normally would and secure it as usual with the ear back.
The enhancer is very slim and won’t create any bulk that would be either uncomfortable or unsafe to wear.
