General Terms & Conditions for Essemgé Mystery Boxes

1. Availability: Mystery Boxes are available in limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold out, they will not be restocked.
2. Contents: The items included in each box are pre-selected and cannot be customised, exchanged, or swapped for other products.
3. Value: The stated value of the items within each box is based on the original retail price of the included pieces.
4. Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of the Mystery Box, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the items arrive damaged or defective.
   • In case of damage, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence for resolution.
5. Shipping: Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for orders over a specific threshold (if applicable). Delivery timelines are subject to shipping carrier availability.
6. Gift Packaging: Mystery Boxes do not include gift wrapping unless otherwise stated.
7. Discounts & Promotions: Mystery Boxes are excluded from other discounts, offers, or promotional codes.
8. Final Sale: Mystery Boxes feature pieces from the “Last Chance” collection and are sold at exceptional value. These items may no longer be available individually on the website.

Ring Size Clarification for Mystery Boxes

• Pre-Selected Sizes: All rings included in the Mystery Boxes are pre-selected based on standard sizes and cannot be customized to a specific size. If the ring included in your Mystery Box is not the correct size for you, please contact me within 14 days of receipt.
• Size Adjustments: I offer ring resizing services at an additional cost for customers who receive a ring that doesn’t fit. The resizing service is available for a limited time after purchase and is subject to availability. Please contact me for more details on resizing options and pricing.
