Care

Dos

As with any piece of jewellery, when you don’t wear them, keep them in a box or pouch, ideally separate from your other jewellery to avoid scratches.

Safe to clean at home yourself – because of the thread and ribbon fabric, avoid soaking the necklace. Quickly wipe the stones after every wear. That way you will avoid build-ups of dirt and grease from the skin. Any excess can be remove with a soft damp cloth. For a more thorough clean, you can use lukewarm water and soap. Leave the necklace to soak for a few minutes. The dirt will fall off at the bottom of the container. Keep the necklace in the container and replace with fresh lukewarm water to rinse. Pat dry and then lay it on soft cloth over a flat surface. Leave it to dry completely before storing or wearing it again. Do not hold the necklace under running water or the weight of the beads might pull on the wet thread excessively and loosen the necklace. Follow our instructions and you will be fine!

Donts

Do not scrub or rub as this will affect the surface of the stones.

Do not drop on hard floor surfaces or the stones might break.

Avoid putting makeup and other beauty products after putting your jewellery on, as residues will build up in the little recesses, making it more difficult to clean.
