I have repurposed industrial see-through aluminium mesh that I have turned into cones and then set in handmade silver cups.

Made by hand using sterling silver, top quality natural amethyst round cabochon stones, industrial aluminium mesh

Amethyst, known as “the all purpose stone”, is a protective stone that helps to relieve stress and anxiety. It is also the birthstone of those born in February.

Care

Dos

As with any piece of jewellery, when you don’t wear it, keep it in a padded box or a soft fabric pouch, ideally separate from your other jewellery to avoid scratches.

Safe to clean at home yourself – Leave to soak in soapy lukewarm water for a couple of minutes. Do not scrub or rub. The dirt will fall off at the bottom of the container. Rinse under clear warm water. Pat dry with a soft clean cloth and leave to dry completely before wearing again.

Donts

Do not scrub or rub as this will affect the surface of the metal.

Do not drop on hard surfaces as it may damage the stones.

Avoid putting makeup and other beauty products after putting your jewellery on, as residues will build up in the little recesses, making it more difficult to clean. Best putting your jewellery on last.
