Caviar

Caviar – The idea being this particular range is to offer you a jewellery that is the most sustainable possible. To make those pieces I have used recycled precious metals that I carefully collect whenever I make a piece of jewellery. Recycled metal can be in the form of dust, off-cuts, sample pieces etc. Each precious metal is collected separately to avoid cross contamination, hence keeping its purity.

I then melt down a quantity of the chosen metal to create those very tactile metal grains. I called them ‘caviar pearls’ as the molten metal naturally gather to form beautiful gleaming spheres. Gravity and the speed of the cooling process will allow the spheres to flatten slightly. Each little pearl is totally unique as I do not use a mould when melting the metal. I use the natural properties of the metal and the heat of the torch to shape those delicious candies.
